1. Donation Refunds

Donations made to Humble Hearts Charitable Trust are generally voluntary and non-refundable. However, we recognize that errors occur (e.g. accidental double clicks, typing errors in amount). Refund requests must be made within 15 days of the payment date.

2. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, please email humbleheartsvadodara@gmail.com with:

• Donor Name and Contact details.
• Date and Time of payment.
• Transaction reference number or bank screenshot.
• Reason for requested refund.

3. Approval & Settlement

Valid requests are verified by our finance committee. Approved refunds are settled back to the original funding source within 10-15 business days. Once a tax benefit certificate under Section 80G has been generated/issued to the donor, refund requests cannot be processed.
