Humble Hearts Charitable Trust is committed to protecting children, young trainees, women, senior citizens, and persons with disabilities from any form of exploitation, abuse, harassment, or unsafe placement practices. We promote a safe, clean, and respectful environment in all training classrooms and food distribution points.

2. Professional Boundaries

All trustees, coordinators, trainers, and volunteers must adhere to strict safeguarding guidelines:

• Zero tolerance for sexual harassment, discrimination, or physical abuse.
• Protecting the personal contact numbers and home locations of beneficiaries.
• Obtaining proper consent before capturing photographs or marketing content.
• Declaring conflicts of interest or close relative applicants.

3. Safe Placements

For our Women Empowerment graduates, we perform basic due-diligence on partner employers to verify identities, confirm working hours, salary agreements, and safety arrangements. Trainees are taught safety boundaries and told how to report exploitation.
