The Women Empowerment Program provides practical, job-oriented training to underprivileged women who have limited education, unstable income or restricted employment opportunities. The program aims to help women develop usable vocational skills, improve confidence, prepare for work and create a more secure future for themselves and their children.
The program provides practical, job-oriented training to widows, single mothers, deserted women, and low-income homemakers. Courses use learner-friendly, demonstration-based methods and local language support.
Basic and practical tailoring skills suitable for tailoring shops, boutiques, garment units or home-based work.
Basic salon and personal-care services suitable for beauty salons or home-based services.
Traditional and modern mehendi application techniques for self-employment, event services and salons.
Professional domestic and hospitality housekeeping skills for homes, hotels, guest houses, and hostels.
Practical cooking and kitchen-support skills for homes, restaurants, catering, hostels, and commercial kitchens.
Basic non-medical support skills for assisting elderly individuals in homes and senior facilities.
Practical skills for safely assisting children in day-care centers, homes, schools and nurseries.
Professional cleaning and hygiene practices for offices, hospitals, clinics, schools and institutions.
Participants are expected to attend at least 80% of scheduled sessions. We teach common professional skills across every course: punctuality, respectful communication, safety, financial literacy, mobile/WhatsApp communication, wage rights, and harassment prevention.
The Trust does not support forced labor, child labor, harassment, discrimination or unsafe placement practices. Certification confirms training completion and does not guarantee employment.
